At this time, Angry Gay Designs does not accept returns or exchanges.That said, if there is an issue with your order, we will always do our best to make it right.
Because many of our items are made to order, all sales are considered final once an order is placed.
01 Replacements (When We Can Send a New Shirt)
We may be able to send a replacement item if one of the following applies:
- You received the wrong item (wrong design, color, or size compared to what you ordered)
- Your item arrived damaged or has a print defect
- Your order was lost in transit (confirmed by tracking)
To be eligible for a replacement:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Include clear photos of the issue (item and packaging if relevant)
02 What We Cannot Cover
Replacements are not available for:
- Incorrect size ordered (please review size charts before ordering)
- Normal wear and tear, washing damage, or misuse
- Minor variations in color/placement that can happen with printing
